PVC monofilms used for packaging of food products (including meat, pastries, vegetables, and fruit) protect such products against rotting, mold, and drying. In the case of pharmaceutical products, such as pills and capsules, and of medical products, such as syringes, spatulas, and needles, PVC monofilms mostly protect them against harmful effects of moisture and other substances. PVC monofilms are available in the colorless variant and in many colors, depending on the customer's choice.
